The breakfast was superb, reasonably priced. The room was normal double and with central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel television at your disposal, exceptional view.

The location of the hotel was great - a 10-15 minute walk from Axel Munthe House.

Positioned in the picturesque area, not far from the main avenue where all the high-end shops and restaurants are as well as both the center of down town Capri and the sea. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! First of all, the location was perfect, right near the center of town and close to everything. We could easily explore the beautiful island of Capri from here. The room we stayed in had an amazing view of the bay below Capri, and we were lucky enough to have a small terrace where we could sit and enjoy the fantastic view. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile and willing to provide lots of information about the island. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and gave us the perfect start to our day of exploring.

Everything was simply perfect.

The staff were extremely helpful - helping us to arrange a boat trip around the island that was wonderful and also arranging our ferry tickets onto Positano. The room was cool and comfortable and the views from the terrace were stunning.

I had an incredible stay at a charming hotel with breathtaking views. The pool deck was a bit hot, but that was a minor complaint. The staff was attentive and provided helpful information about the island. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and perfect vacation experience.

The room was clean and had a variety of english speaking channels on tv (which is unlikely to be found in many hotels in Italy). The location was also great as it is near the shopping area or piazetta.

The breakfast is the worst i have ever seen in any hotel around the world. It is simply a basket of croissant and bread with jam and butter on the side, anything else you order is counted as extra. Also, the staff were not very helpful when it came to pointing out the good restaurants or helping with the tours and excursions to be taken. Also, the view from the rooms that are not sea view was awful, no point in having a small balcony.

The room was pretty and very clean. Staff was very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the ac. We had an economy room and our view was of the service area, including crates. Breakfast can be had downstairs or in your room. Our scheduled delivery was 7-7:30 and tray arrived at 7:45. Breakfast was nice but had to pay extra for meat, cheese and other extras that were included at other hotels. The location of hotel was good for shopping and hiking. I would stay here again.

it was a decent stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and had good air conditioning. The location was alright with easy access to some good spots.

There were some negatives during our Easter stay. the rooms were quite small and the bed was uncomfortable.

The staff are accommodating and deserve a 4-star rating. The rooms are airy and big here with windows facing to a constructionsite and the most stunning view, as example. The breakfast is absolutely superb, includes lots of meals.

Hotel Flora makes you feel comfortable around the clock. The staff is friendly, anticipates anything you can wish for, helps you to organize any trips/reservations - just does about anything to make you happy.

The waiters tend to be a little slow. Given the nice surroundings, this however does not really disturb.

The Hotel Flora turned out to be even better than expected for its lovely decor, friendly, professional and attentive staff and excellent location. I would stay there again.

Wifi accessibility in our room was not available, but was in the first floor lounge/dining room and terrace.

Excellent location, amazing views over the sea below and best staff. Romantic family room, great beds. Large private bathroom. Location near the main avenue where all the high-end shops and the square and the ferry. For tea or coffee visit Gelateria Buonacore nearby. The pool area is great too. Not to mention good wifi!
